As east coast park is currently winning in votes, we shall plan this first in case there is no time.
In order to make this class outing a successful one, we must all contribute to make this happen.

Hence, everyone shall play a part in this. ( Voluntarily )
1. We shall form a committee. This commitee consists different groups.
2. Every group shall play a different part.
3. Each group has a leader.
4. In these groups, every member will be allocated to do specific tasks.
5. For groups that requires money, give a accurate estimatation of how much money u need and ask from the treasurer.

Note: For example, if your in group 1, u can help other group and join them too ^^.

Group 1
Job: Help to buy food/drinks for everybody.

Things to take note of: Drinks
1. Try to buy packet drinks as bottled drinks are bulky and not hygienic enough as many people would be using it.
2. Estimate PROPERLY how much packet drinks to be bought based on the time spent there and the number of people going.
3. Do not try to be funny and buy alcoholic drinks.

Things to take note of: Food
......We shall further discuss whether its buffet style or bbq.

Job: Planning of activities

1. Help to create activites that are fun.
2. Try and make activites that the whole class can do.
3. Create some timeslots for free-activites ( means can do anything u want).
4. Include sports activities that many ppl can play at a time, like captain's ball.
5. Make sure that boys and girls must be mixed together, the purpose of this event is to bond people together, so dont be shy^^. Don't try to flirt though!
6. If organising water games, must use clean water ahh!
7. Try to create a timetable for each activity as we do not want to see people everywhere and we cant find them.

Group 3 ( Treasurers)
Although this is a very sensitive role, i hope that there are people willing to volunteer. People good in mathematics are better welcomed : ) As much as we trust u guys to safeguard the money, u shall take care of the money with our trust as well. Your service is much respected : ).

All extra funds will be donated to 2/2 Class Funds.

We need TWO volunteers for this only.
