If 80% of the class has agreed to buy the class t-shirt,everyone will buy ( for those who did not agree to buying)

Should there be any school/class events whereby majority of us are wearing the shirt, and those who did not purchase it are not wearing it, it shows how much ''class spirit'' we have. Hence, once the votes reach a 80% quota, everyone must buy. For those who have financial difficulties, we're thinking of chipping in for you as a class. That'll be like 50cents from each of us!! However, pls do not purposely say that u have financial difficulties; we'll skin you!
